muffintop-less:

Learn to love the PROCESS and the RESULTS will come easily!
Make working out a fun hobby, not a chore or a punishment! If you find a form of exercise you actually enjoy, not only will you be less likely to give up, but you will have found a new activity to lift your spirits when you’re down! Before you know it, you’re going to not only see a change in your attitude and energy levels, but in the mirror as well!
Why hate exercise? If done properly, it makes you stronger, it makes you feel good and it improves your physique!

Broiled Grapefruit♥ You need: -1 grapefruit -2 tsp of honey (try organic!) -Pinch of cinnamon(if you like it) *Cut the grapefruit in half,  cut around each section to loosen fruit. Place both pieces in a baking dish, cut side up. Pour 1 tsp of honey per half.  *Sprinkle with cinnamon.   *Broil in oven for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbling. Eat while warm. mmm..   I’d recommend eating one half, saving the other for another day.
